No. We enforce strict data privacy standards. We do not use your customer voice recordings, call transcripts, or Shopify data to train public language models. Your store data remains isolated and confidential.

No. The AI checks the fulfillment status of an order via the Shopify API prior to modifying or canceling it. If an order is already fulfilled, in transit, or out for delivery, cancellations are automatically blocked to prevent delivery fraud.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 volume encryption. Our database systems and AI routers are hosted on highly secure, enterprise-grade cloud providers with continuous threat monitoring.

Before the AI shares order details or executes modifications, it requires the caller to provide their Order Number along with their registered Email Address or Phone Number. If the input doesn't match the Shopify order record, the operation is blocked.
